The Institute of Information and Computational Technologies Strengthens Partnership with Istanbul Technical University

From September 17 to 21, 2025, a research trip to Istanbul, Turkey was organized within the framework of the scientific research program BR24992875 "Development of an AI-based set of surdo-resources for people with hearing and speech impairments." During the visit, participation took place in the 10th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK 2025) at Istanbul Technical University, where a presentation was delivered on the topic "Adaptive Image Steganography Using Linear Hash Functions and Chessboard-Partitioned Blocks." Within the framework of the conference, discussions were held on project tasks with scientists from Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Russian Federation.

Discussions focused on the practical implementation of the project and outlined directions for preparing joint scientific publications, which are planned for submission to Scopus and/or Web of Science indexed journals.

The effectiveness of the trip – The researchers of Istanbul Technical University expressed interest in the activities of scientific organizations related to higher education and joint projects in the field of computer science. Together with the conference chair, Dr. Eşref Adalı, and Prof. Dr. S. Bahtiyar, plans were developed on specific issues within the scope of the research topic.

As a result of the trip, scientific and technical cooperation was strengthened. The main achievements of this visit include collaboration with ITU researchers, discussion of the project tasks, and preparation of publications for high-ranking journals.
